The first design built on Teiwaz's Io Frame, a more cost-effective version of the Teiwaz Frame geared towards mass production. The Shiden is a versatile and well-balanced machine with access to a wide variety of equipment, by pilot request or as the situation dictates. While a newer design its raw performance is inferior to the Graze, and the Shiden is intended to operate in combat groups rather than fly solo. Despite recognizing the effectiveness of the Alaya-Vijnana system, Teiwaz has opted not to install it in the Shiden due to their incomplete understanding of the technology and the difficulty of proper implementation.
In recognition of the Tekkadan's achievements, they've been able to cheaply purchase the Shiden and are the first within the organization to field them. For Teiwaz this serves as free advertisement for the MS and live combat data feedback. Many of the Tekkadan's first wave pilots are drawn from personnel with prior Mobile Worker combat experience, such as Ride Mass and Dante Mogro, while establishing an MS training program with the aid of the Turbines group. One
custom white and gray unit is later gifted to Orga Itsuka by McMurdo, as a gratuity for the Tekkadan's large purchase of Shiden units.
Armaments:JEE-205 130mm Assault Rifle: A higher-caliber weapon than the Hyakuren's Rifle Cannon, demonstrating improved range, accuracy, and stopping power. When not in use it can be carried on the rear skirt hardpoint.
Partizan,
2: A large broadsword that transforms into a polearm via a telescoping handle. When not in use it can be carried on the rear skirt hardpoint.
JEE-202 Single Edged Blade: A close combat weapon carried by the unit in a scabbard on its rear skirt.
Bladed Bat: A large melee weapon with bladed points to enhance damage potential.
Long Sword: A lightweight blade used for MS training by Teiwaz. Used by Orga's unit and featured in the Gundam Try Age video game.
Riot Shield: A hand-carried tower shield. Due to wide coverage, it is ideal for static defense or convoy escort.
Gauntlet: A buckler mounted on the forearm, which can double as a striking weapon in close quarters.
Shoulder Shield: A large shield mounted on a shoulder hardpoint. Used by Orga's unit.

Ryusei-Go: A Shiden modified for Norba Shino at his request, featuring his distinctive markings and pink colorscheme. It has been adapted for high maneuverability, with added thrusters in the shoulders and a light shield making it better suited for close combat. With the cockpit and Alaya-Vijnana system transplanted from the wrecked Graze Custom II, it is truly a one-of-a-kind Shiden.
Raiden-Go: After Shino began piloting the Gundam Flauros his Shiden Custom would be repaired and reassigned to Ride Mass, who had more than proven his mettle in the battle against the Hashmal. Aside from a new model of face visor, the rechristened "Raiden-Go" has received a (slightly) more subdued colorscheme. Owing to Ride's decision to equip a pair of gauntlets, his new machine excels at extremely close combats.
